Open Internet Explorer.
Click Tools.
Click Internet options.
Under Browsing history:
Click Delete.
Click to remove the check mark from the box next to Preserve Favorites website data.
Click to select:
Temporary Internet Files and website files
Cookies and website data
Click Delete.
Close Internet Explorer.
Reopen Internet Explorer.
If you use a different browser
Look for similar options under Settings, Tools, or More.
Delete cookies and website data.
Close and reopen your browser.
When you have completed these steps, try to access the McAfee home page again.
