1] Check if you see any blinking lights on the printer and ensure that all connections are made tightly.

2] Turn the Printer On. Disconnect the power cord from the printer as well as from the power source. Wait for a minute.
Meanwhile, restart your computer. Once the computer has booted to the desktop, plug the cord into the
wall power source and then to the back of the printer and then turn on the Printer.

3] Reset or cancel the Print Queue.

4] Run services.MSC to open the Open Services Manager and check if the Spooler Service is running. If not,
Start it. If it is running, Restart the Windows Service. If you face issues with the Service, run the Print Spooler Cleanup Diagnostic from
Microsoft. It removes non-Microsoft print processors and monitors. Additionally, it collects basic information about the print spooler and
the computer, such as information about print drivers, printers, basic networking, and failover clustering and offers various modes of cleanups.
