Excel crashes each time I export reports out of QB. Only been doing this since Windows 10 rollout. I can’t roll back my version, as I this is a new laptop, and it’s the only version that came with it. Been quite frustrating having excel AND Quick-books crash when exporting to Excel. The worst part is when it does work, it creates this blank Excel page (no grid or worksheet, just a grey background), QuickBooks Customer Care Support Number +1 888 597 3962 and if I close it, it closes the ENTIRE program of Excel and all of my open workbooks.. there are no options to keep one workbook open over another, the entire program closes. I’m sorry, but that sounds a lot like it’s not compatible with Windows 10 or Excel 2016, can’t quite tell which one is the problem child at this point. If I use my old desktop computer with Windows 7, it works without ever crashing, or having issues with Excel.
